A keen naturalist with a Masters in Zoology, Neeraj Mishra is an accomplished freelance nature photographer of repute and holds special interest in bird photography. Drawing inspiration from nature’s bounty along the banks of the river Ganges during his formative years in Kanpur,India. In such a biodiversity rich forest areas, he developed an early interest in bird watching and photography, and here he happened to discover the beauty; the nature has bestowed in its flora and fauna and that inspired him to storing them permanently in photographs. Neeraj has travelled widely covering Indian Flora and fauna through his lens since 1990. Pursuing photography more as an art than skill he has captured some rare animal behaviour through his lens and saved them for posterity on his camera.

Neeraj’s work has been widely acclaimed and he has many National and International level awards to his credit. His photographs have found place in many magazines of international repute, prominent books, encyclopedias, corporate calendars and posters through the reputed Stock agencies all over the world.
